Account Balance
Your account balance is for gaming purposes only. No interest applies to your balance. jitway holds your balance in a separate and secure account that is completely independent from the company's own funds.
Updating Contact Information
Always keep the email address and phone number registered to your account up to date. jitway is not liable for missed important notifications caused by outdated or incorrect contact information.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (applicable to each payment method). Accepted payment methods for deposits on jitway: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
When making a deposit, please ensure that the payment account used is registered in your own name. Deposits via third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions may be cancelled or held.
Withdrawal Terms
Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to amount matching.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
- jitway reserves the right to hold unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests for review.
Transaction Fees
jitway does not generally charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or your bank) may apply their own charges, which are entirely your responsibility.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
jitway Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 25 times (25x).
For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳28,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳48,000.
Bonus Usage Terms
- After claiming a bonus, the total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal can be made.
- Bonus funds cannot be used on all games — specific restrictions may apply to certain games.
- A bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same account.
- Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from activation. Any bonus not used within the set period will be forfeited.
- jitway reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if there is suspicion of a breach of bonus terms.
VIP Program
The jitway VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Through regular gaming activity, you can gradually advance to higher tiers. jitway reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.
Other Promotions
Special promotions, tournament bonuses and seasonal offers may be provided from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced.
06 Gaming Rules
General Gaming Policy
All games on the jitway platform are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

- Money Laundering: Using the jitway platform as a vehicle for money laundering is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts or any other automated software to play games is prohibited.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage or card counting is prohibited.

10 Account Closure
Closure at the User's Request

Severability of Terms
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect. If jitway waives any term, that waiver will not be considered a permanent waiver for the future.
